WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will work within the Nike Intelligence Center (NIC), part of the Resilience organization led by Nike’s Chief Security Officer. The NIC partners with business units and enterprise leaders to deliver actionable insights that strengthen Nike’s reputation and market position and help Nike navigate future geopolitical and economic risks. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across geographies and functions, as well as external partners and subject matter experts, to ensure intelligence products reflect the latest trends and technologies.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
The Nike Intelligence Center seeks a strategic and innovative leader to drive business insights across the enterprise. This role requires exceptional writing, presentation, and analytical skills; program management expertise; and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge tools to maximize impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, economics, or a related discipline. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
- Advanced degree in business, analytics, journalism, or related field preferred.
- 6+ years’ experience in business intelligence, marketing analysis, or related areas.
- Proven ability to lead programs and manage complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering insights to senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience engagement strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with Fortune 500 companies and global operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with advanced analytics tools required.
- Multilingual capabilities and international experience are a plus.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As the Lead, Global Intelligence Manager, Research, you will drive the development and delivery of intelligence products that anticipate market trends, manage reputational risks, advance understanding of geopolitical and economic issues, and meet the evolving needs of Nike’s global decision-makers. You will:
- Drive the NIC’s research and production program forward, ensuring intelligence products are timely, relevant, and aligned with Nike’s strategic priorities.
- Create new intelligence products that fill research gaps, anticipate risks and opportunities, and advance stakeholders’ understanding of complex, relevant issues.
- Develop and execute methodologies for intelligence products that inform enterprise decision-making.
- Oversee the evolution of advanced delivery platforms and workflows to meet stakeholders where they are, enhancing engagement and accessibility.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure intelligence outputs support strategic growth.
- Continuously evaluate and refine processes to maintain best-in-class standards for intelligence production and delivery.
