WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 

The Lead of Global Omnichannel Wholesale Experience will define and drive the global strategy for delivering premium, data-informed consumer experiences across digital channels in collaboration with multi-brand retail partners to drive market share, revenue, and profitability objectives. This role works closely with Global Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), Consumer Insights, Global & Geography Sales and Marketing, Digital Product, Merchandising and external agencies to elevate Nike’s presence and performance across partner.com marketplaces and other digital touchpoints. 

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

We are seeking a strategic, consumer-obsessed leader with deep expertise in multi-brand digital commerce. This individual excels in global, matrixed environments and uses data to influence strategy and empower geography teams. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training. 

  • 6+ years of experience in digital commerce, consumer experience, or omnichannel strategy 

  • Proven experience leading global digital strategy with multi branded retailers and enabling geography execution 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action 

  • Deep knowledge of digital consumer journeys, eCommerce KPIs, and omnichannel ecosystems 

  • Experience optimizing brand presence across multi-brand partner platforms 

  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment across time zone 

  • Strong in verbal, written and strategic communications with an ability to facilitate and drive alignment with teams  

  • Strong presentation and leadership influence skills 

  • Experience working with multi-brand retail partners and optimizing brand presence across partner platforms 

  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON 

You will lead the global omnichannel experience strategy, enabling geography teams to deliver seamless, data-driven consumer journeys across digital channels. Your work will enhance brand distinction, drive conversion, and unlock growth across multi-brand partner platforms. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Define and evolve the global omnichannel experience strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals 

  • Partner with geography teams to scale digital capabilities and localize consumer experiences 

  • Provide strategic guidance, tools, and frameworks to accelerate execution across multi-brand partners 

  • Collaborate with NDDC and cross-functional teams to adapt Nike standards & content creation for partner platforms 

  • Use data to identify friction points, optimize performance, and inform strategic priorities 

  • Champion a test-and-learn culture to accelerate innovation and continuous improvement, Advocate for multi-brand partner needs 

  • Maintain a pulse on digital trends, tools, and technologies to future-proof multi-brand commerce
