WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Lead, Global Sport Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) is a key member of the Global EBP Operations team, reporting to the Senior Director, Global EBP Operations. This role collaborates with Brand teams, supporting sport cluster planning and operational execution.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a results-oriented planner with strong organizational and analytical skills, who can drive process consistency and support cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
Open to work in Beaverton, Oregon
6+ years’ experience in business/enterprise planning, operations, or related field
Experience supporting forecasting, process management, and performance tracking
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related discipline.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will support the programming cadence for your assigned sport clusters, help facilitate Sport IBR sessions, and ensure process consistency in monthly and seasonal planning. You’ll coordinate sport insights, consolidate key themes, and support the reconciliation process to targets.
Support Sport IBR sessions and programming cadence
Assist in monthly and seasonal forecasting and franchise management
Coordinate requirements and support alignment across Brand/Sports clusters
Consolidate and elevate sport insights, risks & opportunities, and actions
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process consistency and operational excellence
Support the activation and maturity of the EBP model as the org evolves
