WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Global Nike Direct Sport and Go to Market team sits across Nike’s Global Sport offense to define and activate industry-defining consumer and business strategies for Nike Stores and Nike Digital. This team of Sport Business Directors (SBDs) and Go to Market (GTM) leaders works upstream to deeply understand the consumer and product offering, create commercially viable seasonal plans for Geo execution, and evolve the experiences available to consumers within our owned retail ecosystem. We sit at the heart of the matrix, uniting broad cross-functional teams around shared goals. This role will report to the Director, Nike Direct Go to Market.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader who can work across all Sports to deliver cohesive, inspiring, commercially viable seasonal plans for Nike Digital and Nike Stores. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to navigate disparate priorities (like managing several seasons at one time). You should be adept at building trust and maintaining open lines of communication across many cross-functional stakeholders. You should embrace a balance of art and science. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- Passion for Sport and Nike Digital & Physical retail experiences
- Knowledge of product creation timelines and go-to-market excellence
- Highly organized, responsive, and confident working independently
- Ability to build and sustain strong working relationships across many stakeholders
- Proficiency in Airtable and Excel
- Minimum 5 years related experience
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of seasonal retail (Digital + Stores) initiatives through Code and GTM timelines. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Sport/SBD teams, production and operations teams, merchandising, and external vendors to bring products and campaigns to life across Nike Digital platforms and Nike Stores. In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end project management of select digital and physical retail initiatives
- Intake briefs, define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, communicate progress, risks, and roadblocks
- Validate assortments for concept priorities, and other product priorities
- Offer seasonal operations support and execution
- Partner with asset production teams (image + copy) to ensure best-in-class execution against brand standards
- Manage timelines, process, and workflow documentation of seasonal planning
- Onboard and train new teammates/partners to seasonal processes
- Operate a centralized production planning tool supported by engineering partners
