The Global Places & Services (GPS) Team serves employees, vendors, and the business by delivering best-in-class experiences that attract and retain talent. The team is composed of five critical functions: program operations, real estate, standards, construction program management, and design. Together, these groups create environments that reflect the Nike’s culture and support its future growth.

This role reports to the Director of GPS Places Construction Program Management. The incumbent will collaborate with a dynamic team of GPS, and Nike business leaders, as well as external partners. This team thrives on problem-solving, clear communication, and delivering high-quality projects. Together, this candidate will ensure programs are completed efficiently, within budget, and aligned with Nike's vision and strategy.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. They are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments. This person has a strong understanding of construction processes and contracts and excels at managing multiple stakeholders while advocating on behalf of Nike and our team's interests.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in design, construction program management.

  • 4+ years of experience as an owner’s representative.

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field required.

  • Expertise in stakeholder management, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

  • Strong understanding of design, permitting and construction processes and contracts.

  • Effective communicator with experience managing stakeholder expectations and vendor teams.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Lead, GPS Capital Program Coordination, you will oversee all aspects of projects on behalf of Nike. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering collaboration among all stakeholders.

To that end, you'll,

  • Act as Nike’s representative, ensuring program alignment with strategic goals and vision.

  • Develop and manage stakeholder communication, while collaborating with transition management and Nike's leaders.

  • Develop strategies for program execution, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.

  • Oversee multiple projects, focusing on high-level planning, risk management, and business objectives.

  • Ensure all projects within the program adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Nike’s standards and policies.

  • Support the procurement process, manage budgets and reporting to finance partners, and collaborate with legal on contracts while safeguarding project goals.

  • Manage scope changes across projects to minimize disruptions while maintaining alignment with Nike’s strategic goals.
