WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The NDDC Global Operations Process Excellence & Automation team drives enterprise wide transformation through automation, AI, and process innovation. This team partners across Global Operations, Technology, Analytics, Geographies, and business functions to identify opportunities, deliver scalable solutions, and enable automated workflows. The role reports into Process Excellence & Automation, Automation Solutions Team and collaborates with stakeholders across multiple geographies and functional domains.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is looking for a Lead, Implementation Services who can translate business challenges into scalable automation and AI enabled solutions that drive measurable impact. This person is equally comfortable discussing enterprise architecture, process design, intelligent orchestration, and emerging AI capabilities with technical teams and business leaders. They bring a strategic mindset while remaining hands-on enough to guide solution design, implementation, and adoption.

The ideal candidate has experience leading complex automation initiatives that combine multiple technologies into cohesive business solutions. They understand that automation is no longer a single tool strategy and have practical experience enabling approaches that leverage RPA, low-code platforms, AI, workflow technologies, data solutions, and intelligent orchestration capabilities.

This role requires someone who thrives amid ambiguity, can effectively manage competing priorities, and remains adaptable as business needs evolve. Success depends on strong stakeholder management, communication, and the ability to influence across a diverse set of teams while maintaining focus on long-term architectural outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, automation, digital transformation, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI and intelligent automation
  • Experience with enterprise automation platforms, workflow solutions, RPA, low-code/no-code technologies, and orchestration frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Strong ability to navigate rapidly changing priorities, ambiguity, and complex stakeholder environments
  • Proficient at driving exceptional user experience

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will partner directly with business teams to design, build, and scale automation solutions that drive operational efficiency across Global Operations. Working across AI, RPA, workflow, and low-code platforms, you'll translate business needs into practical solutions, lead implementation efforts, and ensure sustainable outcomes in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders and BSAs to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define solution requirements.
  • Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using AI, RPA, workflow, and low-code technologies.
  • Lead solution delivery from discovery through deployment, ensuring quality, scalability, and operational readiness
  • Build and maintain intelligent orchestration capabilities that coordinate work across systems, teams, and automation platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical and process challenges, balancing immediate business needs with long-term solution sustainability.
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while adapting to changing business conditions, shifting priorities, and competing stakeholder demands.
  • Drive user adoption through solution documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support activities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, process excellence practitioners, and business partners to deliver measurable operational outcomes.
