WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work with a wide breadth of cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Planning, Allocations, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, and Field Leadership. You’ll also collaborate closely with the entire Inline Concept team, including the GM of Inline Stores.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Inline Stores team is responsible for executing Store Concepts & Sport Strategy across our NA Inline fleet. We strive to make our stores the best expression of the Nike brand and the Epicenter of Sport, while ensuring fleet productivity and profitability. We are seeking a Lead, Inline Stores who has deep retail business knowledge, strong organizational agility, exceptional influencing skills and thrives in complex cross-functional environments. This role will help manage a portfolio of stores, translate our organizational and concept vision into action, and drive a clear and effective operational model for teams that support our Inline stores.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent education/experience. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in retail strategy, retail store leadership, and store-focused corporate roles.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort navigating a complex cross-functional matrix.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and processes.
  • Passion for sport, our consumer and the Nike brand.
  • Courageous, change-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity and will challenge the status quo.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Lead, Inline Stores, you will play a critical role in connecting Sport Strategy, Brand Moments, and Seasonal Execution across our NA Inline fleet. You will:

  • Co-project manage key Sport forums, initiatives, and high‑impact moments that carry brand investment and drive relevance within Inline doors, including marquee events such as Marathons, NBA All‑Star Weekend, and other priority Sport activations.

  • Serve as a primary driver of pre‑season planning, code accountability, and Go‑To‑Market (GTM) readiness, ensuring Inline Stores are fully prepared to deliver against seasonal strategies in partnership with Sport and Functional teams.

  • Help lead end‑to‑end 13‑week retail execution, from Buy Review through Gametime, aligning cross‑functional partners to deliver against Inline Stores priorities, seasonal objectives, and in‑season performance goals.

  • Represent the Inline Stores point of view in special initiatives and enterprise projects that impact Inline doors, ensuring store needs, operational realities, and consumer insights are clearly embedded in decision‑making.

  • Shepherd in‑season execution and management with Sport and Functional partners to deliver Nike‑only destinations and immersive, Distinct Sport Worlds that elevate the Inline Store experience.

  • Drive the Assortment Framework, working in close partnership with the Inline Concepts team, Merchandising, and Sport leads to ensure the assortment is consumer right and right sized for the total box. This includes additions of new sports or services, and updates from Global Sport teams on new guidelines.

  • Collaborate closely with Allocations, Planning, and MSC for product flow in and out of the door with transitions. This encompasses readiness for key sport moments, launch, and marketing events and activations.
