Lead, Integrated Media LATAM

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Integrated Media. You will collaborate with LATAM Marketing leaders, the Asia-Pacific Latin America (APLA) geography team, and Global Brand Marketing teams across Nike to build more effective and efficient ways to engage and connect with athletes*.

Your key internal partners include all Marketing team functions: Brand Management, Brand Creative, Brand Planning, Retail and  Digital, as well as business leads from the Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) team. Externally, you will work closely with our media agency partner and publisher partners, including Google, TikTok, Meta, and X.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to lead Integrated Media for Nike LATAM. As Lead, Integrated Media, you will be responsible for developing and driving Nike's media marketing strategy across LATAM while overseeing the execution of campaigns that inspire athletes*, generate awareness, and drive demand for Nike products and innovations.

In this role, you will manage and execute media strategies across all digital channels, including but not limited to Search, Social, Display and Affiliates. You should have a strong understanding of data-driven media, measurement frameworks, and budget management, ensuring campaigns deliver on key performance metrics such as engagement, revenue, cost per lead and return on ad spend (ROAS).

This role requires close collaboration with brand marketing leads and functional partners to create impactful and engaging integrated campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Lead the strategy and execution of best-in-class media campaigns for key brand and sports moments, as well as commercial and seasonal priorities.
  • Work closely with Brand, Brand Creative, Digital , NDDC and Brand Planning teams to develop and execute high-impact and innovative media campaigns in alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead the measurement and learning agenda by reporting on pre-aligned KPIs for each campaign, providing post-campaign analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing performance.
  • Manage and control the media budget, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
  • Build strong partnerships with media agencies and publishers to drive innovation and maximize impact for Nike.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, consumer brand marketing, or digital marketing.
  • A relentless consumer focus with the ability to translate insights and trends into actionable plans.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven media planning and activation. Experience managing mobile apps media campaigns (installs and engagement) is highly desired
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering against critical performance metrics, revenue goals, and ROAS.
  • Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, building strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
