WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Global Jordan Brand Creative Studio is a multidisciplinary team spanning Art Direction, Narrative, Brand Experience, and Brand Concepts. We collaborate with Jordan Design and Brand Marketing to deliver powerful storytelling through seamless, end-to-end creative execution.

You’ll report to the Director, Brand Concepts, and collaborate closely with:

• Product Design & Design Concepts

• Brand Strategy & Brand Marketing

• Brand Creative, Narrative, and Experience

• Consumer Insights & Business Leadership

• External agency and creative partners

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a curious and imaginative creative to join the Jordan Brand Creative Studio as Lead, Brand Concepts. Brand Concepts operates at the intersection of present and future — defining and developing unifying brand points of view across product, storytelling, experiences, and marketplace. This team imagines and builds the creative worlds that shape Jordan Brand’s biggest initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and compelling storyteller, both verbal and visual. You’re comfortable working across mediums — from concept to creative direction to world building — and thrive in collaboration. You bring curiosity, cultural fluency, and craft to every project, helping translate big ideas into clear, inspiring creative concepts.

This positing is for multiple Lead roles across the Jordan Global Brand Concepts Studio

  • 6+ years of experience in product, brand, or marketing within a major brand or agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education and experience, and training.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, art direction, and concept development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — visual and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners
  • Proven agility in fast-paced, dynamic creative environments
  • Deep curiosity about design, sport, and youth culture — past, present, and emerging
  • Passion for creativity and a drive to turn ideas into powerful brand stories

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Support the development of distinct Jordan Brand concepts and translate them into full creative worlds
  • Contribute to ideation, strategy, and execution across product, storytelling, and experiential moments
  • Build creative presentations, visual narratives, and concept decks that bring ideas to life
  • Collaborate across creative, design, and marketing teams to align vision and execution
  • Partner with external agencies and creative collaborators to elevate the work
  • Stay immersed in sport, culture, and design trends to inspire future storytelling
