WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will become part of the Integrated Account Team for the Key Partner. In this role you will be required to work closely with x-functional counterparts in merchandising, planning, marketing, operations and the account buying teams. We are hiring for multiple roles – they will report into the Key Partner Senior Managers, Sales, Jordan.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for motivated and results driven individuals to join our team to manage the Sport and Streetwear business with our key partners (Foot Locker, Zalando, Intersport, Sports Direct). You will bring a deep understanding of the consumer, passion and high energy to create and lead the next chapter in the relationship between Nike & our key partners. We want to bring back revenue and market share growth for the Jordan Brand. As Sales Lead you will have the ability to develop and deliver the strategy to achieve this for your account.
Additional Requirements:
Strong partner management experience with expertise in selling or buying, consulting, and negotiation.
Team-first mindset, strong communication skills & the ability to build trusted relationships with and influence key stakeholders.
Retail and business planning expertise.
A deep understanding of the EMEA marketplace (physical and/or digital retail).
Passion for the Jordan Brand and Consumer.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will have total ownership across Genders with regards to the two categories: Sport and Streetwear.
You will be responsible for growing Jordan’s revenue, market share and profitability for your business by driving the strategy, landing the seasonal stories and consumer right assortment (breadth and depth). Next to these core responsibilities, you will be asked to lead initiatives & projects that span across our total business.
Main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Develop seasonal assortments based on merchandising frameworks, ensuring smooth product flow and optimizing in-season trading and replenishment.
Plan your accounts business through accurate forecasts and scenario planning, leveraging category, consumer & marketplace insights.
Drive net revenue and contribution by managing the end-to-end business with excellence.
Deliver high standard of partner management, work with x-functional teams to solve problems effectively and lead the team to achieve commercial goals.
Build a premium seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline. Obsess product launch journeys across key partners ecosystem.
Collaborate on sell-in and co-own the end-to-end showroom experience, working closely with office admin and cross-functional partners to create an exceptional partner experience.
Maintain regular market presence through retail visits, staff training, competitor analysis.
