Lead Marketplace Operations Manager- NIKE, Inc.- Beaverton, OR. Define and communicate product vision and roadmap to ensure alignment to Nike Inc. and functional strategy. Accountable for program timelines, resource requirement, risk management, and budget. Work with collaborators to define features from epics. Understand current and future business goals, define success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer needs. Ensure teams have the full context and understanding of business environment to create valuable solutions. Provide oversight of strategy, technical, and transition management aspects. Assess the business impact of different solutions and the trade-offs between business needs, technology requirements and costs. Collaborate with teams to determine optimum release strategy and Product Owners to optimize Feature delivery. Analyze and communicate adoption, performance, time to market, quality and other metrics to measure success. Ensure product priorities have funding and review cost of accepted features. Build an effective cross-functional relationship with business and technology partners. Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of projects from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involved throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the product or product line and extracting meaning from data using specialized computer systems to transform, organize, and model the data to draw conclusions and identify patterns. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Must have a Master’s degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an business-related occupation. Experience must include the following:
Forecasting Analysis with analytics teams and using large datasets to generate operational insights and motivate change
Product Design
Product Strategy by defining and communicating product vision and roadmap
Project Planning
Execute level Presentation and reporting
Agile principles and methodologies
Business processes and technical solutions/products
Retail technology platforms such as SAP, planning, or order management
Innovation, capability and operational development in supply chain
Define E2E supply chain network logical capabilities while leading change in process, organizational, and system implementation
Complex root cause analysis
Internal/external business interpretation and leading innovation efforts to improve E2E network planning capabilities
