WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Being part of the Brand Merchandising EMEA team, this role will work closely with Analytics and Merchandising Operation. The talent in this role will bring a high level of expertise, facilitating business, product and consumer read outs and helping the Merchandising leadership team to make consumer right decisions. The talent in the role will report to the Sr Director of Brand Merchandising and will work on a daily basis with key stakeholders within Merchandising and Strategy.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The candidate needs to have a strong ability to transform data and numbers into actionable recommendations, both qualitative and quantitative. The talent will need to have a strong sense of prioritization and accountability. Key success for the talent is the ability to work X-functionally, involving many and the right stakeholders (analytics, finance, DSM, strategy) at different levels of seniority, and:

  • Have had meaningful experiences dealing with business, consumer and product data

  • Ability to work with non-routine information and develops recommendations for ideas or services

  • Develops and manages operational initiatives to deliver tactical results

  • Communicates clearly to a broad audience

  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations while not directly leading a team

  • Understands the “Art & Science” of Merchandising

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Synthesizes inputs from Centre-led analyses (analytics, finance, planning), alongside a functional expertise on EMEA marketplace & consumer merchandising to deliver relevant and impactful insights

  • Measure Merchandising Excellence KPI and coordinate recommendations through the CODE process

  • Execute and deliver locally relevant work to be actioned by EMEA Sport Merchandising teams

  • Lead ad hoc project teams and execute independent work (within EMEA Sport Merchandising) as assigned by Merchandising leadership

  • Collect, organize and communicate inputs on potential future enhancements of merchandising and Analytics capabilities

  • Accountable to leverage existing sources before creating bespoke solutions to individual questions
