We are unapologetic about who we are and what we’re after—bringing innovation and inspiration to every athlete* in the world. We look for athletes who can push boundaries, elevate our potential and continue leading us to greatness. The next tastemakers, playmakers, risk takers and glue players. Are you game?

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be part of the North America Men’s Merchandising team, a group that connects consumer insight to product and marketplace execution. You’ll partner across Global Merchandising, Product Creation, Planning, and Brand Marketing while collaborating closely with Nike Direct and marketplace teams. This role reports into senior merchandising leadership and may guide junior teammates.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role demands a merchant who leads with the consumer and thinks beyond the moment. This individual brings sharp instincts, strong business acumen, and the ability to turn insight into action. They operate comfortably across multiple seasons, balancing long-term strategy with immediate execution. They are a connector—aligning cross-functional teams, influencing decisions, and pushing the business forward with a clear point of view.

A successful candidate blends creativity with analysis. They understand trends but don’t chase them—they interpret them. They lead through ambiguity, foresee implications, and make confident decisions with incomplete data. They build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and elevate those around them. Above all, they bring energy, accountability, and a relentless focus on serving the athlete*.

  • Experience in footwear, apparel, and/or equipment merchandising preferred
  • Strong understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and profit-based metrics
  • Open to work in Beaverton, Oregon
