WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As the Lead, Nike Value Store (NVS) Planning, you will be a key member of the NVS Planning team, reporting to the Sr Director, North America (NA) NVS Planning. You will collaborate with partners across the NA NVS team & Nike Direct Enterprise Business Planning teams, ensuring operational excellence for a dynamic, store-based business.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a results-oriented lead planner with strong organizational and analytical skills, who can drive process consistency and support cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate is a strategic self-starter, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team with a passion for retail and a stores-driven business.
Key Skills and Traits Include:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
Deep expertise and passion for a stores-based direct to consumer retail business, with a strong understanding of consumer and marketplace dynamics.
Proven track record in retail/inventory planning, financial planning and targeting, merchandising, inventory management, or related operational disciplines.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
5+ years of relevant experience in planning, merchandising, operations, or related field.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will support the operating cadence for NVS planning, own Operating Plans, facilitate weekly business reviews and actions in partnership with Buying and Allocation cross-functional partners, and ensure process consistency in monthly and seasonal planning. You’ll coordinate insights, consolidate key themes, and support the reconciliation process to targets.
