We, the NSP (Nike Stores Partnered) team, formalize and execute Nike`s Direct to Consumer & Partner Management Strategies for our NSP fleet. We lead the NSP Channel, within the Nike Direct organization, collaborating cross functionally to visualize how NSP can deliver the best of Nike to our consumers, now and in the future. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment which is a key growth area of the organization. There is never a dull moment!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as NSP Account Executive, focusing on driving the business alongside one of our strategic partners and support the team brigning to life this exciting new chapter of NSP in EMEA – our NSP NXT Model.

The role requires strong partnership and stakeholder management skills, understanding of merchandising, savyness in business / retail planning and sales. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy and can establish clear financial plans while partnering with cross functional teammates to ensure decisions are grounded in profitability, productivity, and consumer demand.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will have total ownership to ensure execution of Consumer Fields of Play (Categories) Strategy, Landing Seasonal Stories and Right Assortment (breadth and depth), to best serve our consumer. You will be the voice of Nike in the Territory and voice of territory to EHQ teams.  You will focus on our marketplace execution obsessing Seasonal Readiness and Proatively identifying Commercial Opportunities during In-season trade with Partners to maximise mutual profitability. This includes:

  • Commercial responsibility to drive seasonal sell-in process, collaborating with Partners’ Buyers & Planners to Ensure Execution of CFOP Strategy, Seasonal Stories and Assortment Adoption
  • Partner with Nike and Partner Planning & Finance teams to align on Target Setting, Retail Sales Forecasting, OTB and Franchise Planning at CFOP Level, Including Fleet Plans
  • Representing Partners in Key GTM Moments to Align on Brand Campaigns, Distribution Strategy and identifying Risks & Opportunities by bringing Marketplace insights
  • Lead Seasonal Hindsight Gate for their Respective CFOP and / or Territory Hub
  • Lead Partner Connect Gate (Sell-in) in Collaboration with Merchandising Team, Managing Assortment Adjustments and Obsessing Plan for Pinnacle Stores
  • Accountable for driving Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OPs) with Cross Functional Teams obsessing their CFOP and/or Territory scope
  • Obssess in-season trade process, identifying additional opportunities to improve retail performance and productivity
  • Manage Partner Orderbook and Stock & Sales Plan Ensuring Inventory Health, Flagging Risks and ensuring adherance to Cancellation and Returns terms allowances.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role is part of the EMEA NSP Team, part of our Nike Direct organisation. The person will work in close collaboration with our NSP Partners and their Planners, Buyers and Finance teams - At Nike, the team work closely with key stakeholders such as Merchandising, Planning, CFOP Leads, Marketing & VMS, Finance and Supply Chain teams. Your ability to make the complex simple will be essential to achieving cross functional alignment.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Extensive experience in Sales, Retail Planning, Operations and/or Merchandising
  • Strong relationship builder: ability to influence internal and external stakeholder
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Savvyness with numbers: Highly analytical, performance management and ability to
  • Retail, Financial and Business Planning
  • Merchandising and Product Accumen
  • Fluent in English & Italian
  • Ability to regularly travel to Stores and EHQ (for seasonal gates)
