As the Lead Operations Transactional Efficiency, AP/AC (Apparel & Accessories) Manufacturing OTE, you’ll be responsible for driving operational efficiency by identifying, managing, and implementing process optimization, automation and data-driven efficiency solutions. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role is part of the Operations Transactional Efficiency Team (OTE), You will directly report to Director, Operations Transactional Efficiency based in Singapore, partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, including AP/AC Product Supply Chain teams in Delivery, Costing, Partner Management and Manufacturing Engineering, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developers, Global Tech and Supply Chain Operations to deliver impactful solutions that align with Nike’s strategic goals.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This role requires a strong blend of project management, business process analysis, and analytics expertise. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can collaborate with business teams to streamline processes, increase productivity, and support automation and analytics initiatives by working closely with business team and tech partners.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in process improvement, efficiency optimization, or analytics-driven projects.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Python and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Familiarity with Databricks is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong problem solving skills with a Lean mindset and system thinking approach.
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will focus on driving efficiency improvement projects through process optimization and data analytics. Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Lead change management efforts, driving adoption and sustainable impact of process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Enterprise teams to leverage best practices and align solutions with broader organizational capabilities (e.g. ERP)
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and define practical, scalable solutions.
- Manage a structured project intake process, ensuring alignment with business needs and impact potential.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment to implementation and impact measurement.
- Lead product portfolio management to drive efficiency in maintaining existing solutions.
- Lead process mapping and documentation, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Support RPA initiatives by collaborating with RPA developers, and ensuring that automation solutions align with business objectives.
- Streamline and automate data collection, reporting, and workflow processes for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactively explore innovative technologies and solutions to drive continuous improvement.
