WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our North America NBHD – Energy Lead, Partner Rep will be based in Los Angeles to work with specified partners in the West Territory as Nike Brand’s key business liaison! The ideal candidate will have the ability to facilitate the NBHD Marketplace strategy within the ecosystem of retailers, authenticators, and community members. We need someone who is an enterprise thinker, able to analyze wholesale and retail business results, deliver engaging presentations and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will serve as Nike Brand’s ambassador and primary point of contact within a designated marketplace and account base. We need you to drive & deliver against financial targets for a specified account base inclusive of order entry, bookings reconciliation, and product deliveries. Our Sr. Field Rep will play an integral role in implementing the consumer CODE and GO-TO-MARKET process inclusive of leading customer sell-ins, quarterly business reviews (QBR), multi-season order management and business result recaps. From an operational standpoint, you will ensure orders are entered fully and on time as well as proactively manage product shipments in partnership with the Marketplace Operations team. You will be responsible for key franchise management and tracking trends to inform the forecasting process and ensure a healthy marketplace. This person will be an expert in their assigned territory and facilitate market travel to key destinations for designated groups as required.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Our Lead – Partner Rep will work closely with cross-functional teams within the NBHD + Energy business, the LA based team, as well as across the North America geography. This includes, but is not limited to, external partners (including Retailers, Collaborators, City and Community Leaders) and internal partners (Merchandising, Marketplace, SNKRS, Key City Leadership, Collaborator Brand Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing, Jordan Brand counterparts, Operations, DSM/Planning, etc.)
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
Experience in Buying, Retail Planning, Merchandising or Sales in athletic apparel and footwear or a related industry
Ability to embrace change, act with courage, instill trust, think strategically, communicate vision and purpose, and foster effective teamwork.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel
Experience reading and analyzing retail metrics to optimize sales and inventory
