WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of the North America Ops Process and Solutions Enablement (PASE) team, embedded within the Process Excellence pillar. You will report to the Director of Distribution and work alongside Lead Process Analysts and Process Analysts across the Distribution value stream. Your key business partners include Trade and Transportation, Distribution Center Operations, Marketplace Supply Chain, and Finance/Controlling. On the technology side, you'll collaborate with Production Support and Supply Chain Capabilities, Product and tech.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Lead Process Analyst who brings deep knowledge of distribution and logistics processes, strong analytical skills, and a bias for action. This person thrives in a matrixed environment, connecting the dots between execution teams, technology partners, and business stakeholders. You should be comfortable navigating complex system landscapes (SAP S/4HANA, WMS, TMS) and translating technical complexity into clear, actionable process documentation. You bring a process improvement mindset, the ability to coach and develop others, and the communication skills to influence across functions without direct authority. This role requires someone who can operate independently, lead through ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, distribution, or process management, with demonstrated progression into a lead or senior individual contributor role.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, warehouse management systems (WMS, e.g., Manhattan/WMoS), and transportation management systems (TMS, e.g., Centiro, Transplace).
- Experience creating process documentation (L3-L5 level), standard operating procedures, job aids, and training materials.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills; ability to translate system and process complexity into clear language for diverse audiences.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will own process documentation and continuous improvement for the Distribution value stream, covering transportation management, reverse logistics, node management, and trade and customs. You'll serve as the connective tissue between execution teams and technology, ensuring processes are well-documented, capabilities are adopted, and improvements land cleanly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain L3-L5 process documentation for Distribution, including business process maps, job aids, and standard operating procedures for transportation, warehouse, and logistics operations.
- Maintain clear visibility of platform and capability roadmaps across SAP S4, WMS, TMS, Ship Gateway, Amber Road (ARTA), and EDI (856/810); ensure the team is ready to receive changes.
- Facilitate recurring reviews on process efficiency opportunities with business execution teams in Trade and Transportation and DC Operations; identify where work stops, slows, or deviates from baseline.
- Define detailed testing scenarios for capability deployments and new business activations; support hypercare and stabilization until success criteria are achieved.
- Adapt training materials to meet business needs and contribute to content delivery, ensuring capability adoption sticks post go-live.
- Document all reports needed to support Distribution processes, including data sources, system origins, and report owners; partner with Process Intelligence on KPI measurement.
- Serve as the front-line process partner for production incidents affecting Distribution; collaborate with Production Support to resolve issues so execution teams stay focused.
