WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Lead Payroll Analyst is responsible for the execution of the day-to-day payroll equity and expat tax equalization Deliver a compliant, highly accurate and timely equity process to our athletes. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Payroll in a HR shared services environment managing multi-country payrolls.
Good understanding and knowledge of equity and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office Applications
Payroll accounting knowledge is highly desirable
Hands-on Workday experience
College degree is desirable.
IMSS knowledge (SUA, IDSE, SIPARE)
SAP knowledge
ISN
Expert knowledge of equity/tax processing
Independent, self-motivated

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Strategic:
- Review/reconcile payroll equity and TOC input/output results using established practices and procedures
- Process highly sensitive payroll data for high-visibility employees. Data requires critical review and knowledge due to the high dollar amounts, unique taxation scenarios, and volume.
- Ensure payroll outsourcing partners are maintaining service level agreements.
- Maintain supporting payroll documentation and authorizations for internal and external audits
- Responsible for payroll processing of Annual February and Mid-Year restricted stock release
- Provide Tier 2 support for employees and key stakeholders
- Responsible for year-end activities
- Participating in Annual PSP Payout
- Responsible for meeting the pre-determined payroll metrics and compliance requirements
- Review and adjust calculations based on research performed.
- Perform adjustments for non-routine taxation situations that out-source vendor is unable to calculate
- Resolve and identify valid cost centers. Correcting or adjusting cost allocations. Provide details, insight and expertise to conversations around stock accounting queries.
