WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Senior Director of Planning for Running & ACG, this person will
serve as the Planning Lead for ACG. They will partner closely with the GM of NA
Nike ACG and key collaborators across Brand, Merchandising, Sales, Operations,
Nike Direct, and Global teams. They will represent Planning at the ACG leadership
table, bringing clear, data-driven bottoms-up and tops-down planning perspectives
to fuel ACG’s growth and inform strategic decision gates.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Lead Planner who can build
detailed bottom-up merchandise plans and holistic top-down financial plans that
ensure strong demand creation and a healthy pull market. The ideal candidate is
collaborative, detail-obsessed, and energized by solving complex challenges. They
bring sharp analytical thinking, a deep understanding of the consumer, and a
proven ability to influence decision-making across teams.

  • 5+ years retail planning experience across assortment and/or merchandise financial planning
  • Expertise in Excel, retail math, and strong knowledge of outdoor consumer and marketplace trends
  • A self-starter who can influence others through compelling, concise, and intuitive data-driven storytelling
  • Developed problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to guide executive-level decisions
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional connections and drive brand- and business-forward outcomes
  • Passion for the outdoors and the product segment is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Sales, Retail, Marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
The ACG squad moves fast, plays as a team, and is focused on winning with the
consumer. You will be the point person for all things ACG Planning.

  • You’ll build and present seasonal financial plans, forecasts, and strategies as the lead ACG Planning voice in key meetings
  • You’ll proactively assess business health, enable smart decision-making, communicate financial results, and collaborate on action plans
  • You’ll partner with peers to ensure information alignment, share best practices, and expand systems expertise
  • You’ll work with Geo and Global partners to optimize business performance across the product life cycle
  • You’ll co-create ACG’s 3-Year Strategic Plans and Annual Operating Plans
    with the Leadership Team
