WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, Textile Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in footwear technical design, product engineering, or product creation.
- Deep knowledge of footwear construction, pattern engineering, grading, materials, manufacturing processes, costing, and quality standards
- Experience partnering with factory manufacturers to improve product quality and manufacturability
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CAD pattern engineering tools, and/or 3D product creation platforms
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- You will coordinate fit, construction, and technical development for assigned footwear styles from concept through production.
- You will create, maintain, and revise technical documentation, including Tech Packs, product specifications, prototype notes, and construction standards.
- You will drive fit and construction consistency across a product group while ensuring product integrity and quality standards are met.
- You will identify and resolve development, manufacturing, and commercialization challenges, partnering closely with factory teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- You will manage and track prototypes, providing clear communication on key risks, opportunities, and progress throughout the development process.
- You will collaborate with Design, Product Management, Materials, and Manufacturing partners to deliver innovative, consumer-led product solutions.
- You will stay connected to market trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights to continuously improve product performance, sustainability, and manufacturability.
