WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to Dir Product, APLA Express Lane Apparel based in WHQ (World Headquarter). You'll be responsible for collaborating with Design, Tech Development, Merchandising and Brand teammates to create industry leading apparel with compelling & impactful stories.
You’ll collaborate with Design, Development, and Global Product and Merchandising teams to align on franchise and marketplace strategies. Responsibilities include managing cost/margin targets, maintaining product data accuracy, and delivering compelling presentations regularly.
You’ll build strong relationships across Global Apparel, partnering with Merchandising and Brand to ensure alignment on key initiatives. As a core member of the Product Management team, you’ll coordinate and communicate product lines internally and externally.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Lead Product Line Manager for Asia-Pacific & Latin America (APLA) Express Lane focused on growing the Nike Brand business.
We seek a candidate with strong knowledge of apparel silhouettes, color, graphics, materials, and trims—someone attuned to style, trends, and storytelling that resonate with local athletes. This person should leverage market trends, consumer behavior, and analytics to generate product insights.
The ideal candidate is authentic, curious, and courageous, driven by growth and possibility. They foster inclusion and trust, embrace diverse perspectives, and collaborate across teams to deliver meaningful work and connect consumers to the Nike brand. Proven ability to influence partners and lead with integrity is essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Product Management, or related field; equivalent education and experience accepted.
- 5+ years in Product Creation or Merchandising
- Proven success in business growth through strategic decision-making and execution
- Strong consumer insight skills with ability to translate into compelling product solutions
- Solid understanding of apparel creation, product storytelling, and trend forecasting
- Product acumen and style sensibility for APLA markets
- Geo/Territory Merchandising experience preferred; international/language experience in Tokyo, Seoul, or Mexico City a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in product line and franchise management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, including internationally

The nature of the role and specific product responsibility requires someone with an equal passion for the Nike Brand and the consumers in APLA and has a passion for translating those cultures into Apparel Product. The focus of this role is creating inspiring products on a faster timeline and serving consumers of a specific marketplace.
The Lead Product Line Manager for APLA Express Lane will drive color, graphics, materials, and trims across Nike Apparel for both genders and all categories. This role supports the Apparel team’s vision through a hyperlocal lens, requiring deep consumer insight within the APLA region to deliver impactful, desirable products. This role will deliver results with clarity and accountability, demonstrating our shared purpose and commitments. We will think big, break down barriers, innovate and implement in service of Nike, Inc.
