WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek a visionary Art Buying & Casting Specialist who lives at the intersection of creativity and curation. You are deeply embedded in the creative community, with a pulse on emerging talent across photography, director, visual arts, and beyond. You thrive on discovering unconventional artists and guiding strategic casting choices that define Nike’s next-season narratives.
The ideal candidate is a cultural sponge that equally fluent in high-level artistic conversations and street-casting realities. You bridge creative ambition with production needs, ensuring every talent choice aligns with Nike’s brand standard while pushing boundaries.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As the Lead Professional, Art Buying & Casting, Production, Icon Studios, Marketing, GC, you will:
· Talent Scouting & Trends: Identify and track rising photographers, directors, and multidisciplinary artists. Guide seasonal casting strategies to align with Nike’s creative vision.
· Art Buying Mastery: Source talent for projects of all scales, from global campaigns to experimental collaborations. Negotiate scopes and foster artist relationships.
· Creative Dialogue: Engage artists at all career stages—from emerging to established—with clarity and cultural relevance.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Director of Studio Production, you will work closely with the creative and styling teams, post-production specialists, and digital imaging experts to deliver high-quality e-commerce content. You will also collaborate with internal Nike stakeholders to align production outputs with broader brand and business goals.
WHAT YOU BRING
· 5+ years in art buying, talent scouting, or creative production.
· A black book of industry contacts and an instinct for spotting rising stars.
· Ability to translate creative briefs into actionable talent strategies.
· Fluency in negotiating contracts, usage and scopes with artists/agents.

The position is subject to the standard working hours system. Based on business needs, the company will make adjustments and arrangements for the work shifts and rest days of this position, and will notify you in advance (for example, work shifts may be divided into day shifts and afternoon shifts, and rest days may be scheduled on days other than Saturdays and Sundays).
