The annual base salary for this position ranges from $104,300.00 in our lowest geographic market to $213,300.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

The US Sales team is responsible for unlocking and delivering growth for the enterprise by running day-to-day operations in local markets, delivering central services to support go-to-market and centrally managing B2B and order management processes.

We’re looking for an Account Executive (Lead Professional, Account Management) to join the Converse Global Growth team

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth.

This role requires you to build strong client relationships, understand customer needs in local markets, and deliver results.
 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You’ll serve as the lead point of contact between Converse and your specified account(s). You will coordinate all day-to-day sales activities, including:

  • Managing communication with account buying and planning teams
  • Aligning with cross-functional internal teammates to meet strategic and financial objectives
  • Delivering seasonal sales targets and identifying incremental growth opportunities
  • Leading team meetings, business reviews & account presentations
  • Building consumer-right product assortments aligned to Brand strategic initiatives
  • Providing data-driven performance updates, including forecasts, weekly sell-through results & marketplace feedback
  • Partnering with the Director of Sales to maximize retail performance, elevate the Brand in the marketplace, and improve processes for efficiency
  • Be a marketplace expert, stay informed of industry trends, competitors, local market conditions; lead cross-functional market travel and consumer engagement trips

  • Prepare and present Fashion marketplace and consumer trend reports/recaps with quantified content and data sources from account partners

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Converse US Sales is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Professional, Partner Account Management candidate to serve as our primary business liaison with key Fashion account(s).

This role will work closely with the Fashion Account segment, plus Converse teammates from Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Planning & Sales. This role will report to the Director, Partner Management US.

WHAT YOU BRING

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated proficiency in creating sales presentations, targeting marketplace opportunities and delivering sales plans. The Lead Professional Account Management candidate will need to have strong retail acumen and will use data & insights to drive reporting and decision-making.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales / key account management for a national footwear/apparel or consumer goods brand
  • Strategic selling and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset – ability to interpret key retail data & action solutions
  • Commitment to understanding consumer, marketplace and brand/product trends
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and verbal / written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
