The annual base salary for this position ranges from $104,300.00 in our lowest geographic market to $213,300.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Lead Professional, Account Management who can strategically support Converse’s key wholesale and marketplace partners. You are collaborative, detail‑oriented, and skilled at navigating complex cross‑functional environments. You bring strong relationship‑building ability, a passion for the consumer, and a proven track record of supporting account growth.

You thrive in roles that blend operational excellence, strategic thinking, and communication across multiple teams. You understand how decisions made upstream influence marketplace execution downstream — and you ensure partners are set up for success every step of the way.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Lead and manage day‑to‑day partner management needs for key accounts in our Family Footwear channel of business.
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teammates across Merchandising, Planning, Marketing and Operations to deliver against strategic and financial objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with account partners, ensuring alignment on seasonal strategies, product direction, and growth opportunities.
  • Track business performance, identifying opportunities and risks related to sales, inventory, deliveries, and product performance.
  • Prepare and deliver business summaries, performance recaps, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketplace and Integrated Planning teams to support forecasts, capacity planning, and demand accuracy.
  • Escalate risks around shipping, allocation, or inventory challenges, partnering cross‑functionally to resolve issues with urgency.
  • Lead strategic assortment strategies to elevate Brand presentation and go-to-market execution.
  • Drive operational excellence by enhancing processes, improving reporting, and elevating communication rhythms.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Director of Sales and work cross‑functionally with:

  • Marketplace & Sales partners
  • Merchandising, Product, Planning and Marketing teams
  • Integrated Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics
  • Finance and Analytics partners
  • External wholesale partners

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field; Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Merchandising, Product, Buying, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, marketplace dynamics, and partner‑driven business models.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across teams.
  • Extensive Excel knowledge and capabilities to manage and interpret data with ability to analyze information and to turn insights into action.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and cross‑functional workflows with accuracy.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented approach, with comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Passion for consumer‑led thinking and marketplace excellence.
  • Team‑first, collaborative mentality with the ability to energize others.
