As Brand Marketing EMEA, our role is to shape the brand with big ideas, distinctive and emotive stories, and experiences that lead the future of sport. We direct the overall Brand Marketing end‑to‑end strategy with strong integration and distinct roles across Global, Geo, and Cities. Our focus is driving brand impact through Youth, Sport, and Culture.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As the Lead Professional, Brand Marketing, Football EMEA, you’ll report directly into the Director, Brand Marketing, Football EMEA.
You’ll work alongside a team of Brand Marketing Directors, Lead & Senior Professionals, and Specialists who, with you, will collectively build the future of Football brought to life in the One Football Plan EMEA.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Lead Professional, Brand Marketing, Football EMEA.
This role is part of the team that sets the strategic and seasonal direction for Nike Football across priority opportunities and leads Performance innovation stories through our Athletes, Clubs, and Federations, while ensuring we show up at the Pulse of the Game.
As a critical member of the Football Brand Marketing team, you’ll support our seasonal offense by building strategies and plans that support key business drivers while identifying opportunities and developing plans to grow the Football business. You’ll also partner closely with other Marketing Functions (Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Energy Marketing, Sports Marketing, Integrated Media, and Brand Creative), as well as Global and City/Country teams, to coordinate and collaborate for efficiency and alignment across marketing plans.
YOU'LL BRING:
Depth of experience in Brand Management and Marketing, with a strong understanding of the Football consumer landscape, Media, and Digital platforms.
Enterprise thinking and a proven ability to deliver results.
The capability to collaborate, build, develop, and inspire teams.
The ability to develop and execute brand strategies that connect deeply with consumers, leveraging insights, competitive advantages, and emerging trends.
A clear, motivating communication style that aligns teams and inspires action.
Strong collaboration skills to partner across the marketplace, supporting City Football leads and cross‑functional teams to drive execution with excellence.
Resource and budget management capability to ensure financial and operational objectives are met.

Experience working within EMEA marketplaces and cities, or the ability to quickly understand their dynamics.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Develop and coordinate end‑to‑end marketing plans for Football across product, services, and experiences, with a special focus on key Performance innovation stories.
Lead cross‑functional projects within the seasonal offense, including strategy and execution that keeps Nike at the pulse of football.
Develop breakthrough ideas that elevate Nike’s brand presence for the core Football consumer of EMEA — exploring new areas to innovate and solve for unique needs, ensuring Nike Football stays at the edge of sport and Football culture.
Shepherd the creative process of seasonal stories from brief through city/country handoff and creative review, acting as a steward of brand standards.
Contribute to a culture of mentorship and partnership across the extended team.
