In this role, you will have the opportunity to re-establish the brand’s offense in Hong Kong and Taiwan, contributing to even greater success for Jordan Brand in Greater China and globally. Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Set and execute the strategic direction for Jordan Brand in HKTW, leading key seasonal campaigns and sport/cultural moments.
Integrated Brand Planning: Drive annual brand plans to deliver a seamless online-to-offline (O2O) consumer journey, ensuring cross-functional integration and overseeing execution.
Consumer Insights: Serve as the territory brand leader, leveraging local consumer insights and unmet needs to inform relevant and resonant brand activations.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with HKTW Nike Inc. Marketing Teams (especially Retail Brand), Sales, and Sports Marketing to identify platforms, talents, and teams for impactful go-to-market initiatives.
Regional Alignment: Partner with Greater China (GC) brand and functional teams to provide hyper-local perspectives on GC brand strategies, grounded in local consumer and marketplace needs.
Seasonal Readiness: Manage seasonal CODE gates to ensure timely deliverables and readiness for the HKTW market.
Brand Offense: Re-establish Jordan Brand’s presence in HKTW, driving impact through basketball, streetwear, and new sports opportunities (e.g., baseball, golf).

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 6+ years of brand marketing or relevant experience.
Deep knowledge of local consumer, market, and industry.
Passion for basketball, streetwear, and youth culture.
Preferred:
Experience driving marketing initiatives in both Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Experience in highly matrixed, complex organizations.
Experience delivering presentations in English and Chinese to large audiences.
