Marketing Operations, is apart of the Brand Planning and Operations function at Nike. Marketing Operations is the team that drives, shapes and forms processes influenced by strategy. Ensuring the delivery of marketing in alignment to business priorities and the integrity of alignments as the strategy begins to land with all function teams.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Marketing Operations is looking for a Retail Marketing Operations Lead.
This role, will overlook the end to end operations across strategy development to rollout of retail concept and seasonal developments. Playing the crucial role of being the strategic partner to the Sr. Director of Retail Marketing, ensuring the landing of the strategy into retail. This role will require you to be both strategic thinking and innovative in driving processes across multiple functions.
The successful candidate will embody skillsets including strong communication skills, solutions oriented mindset and leadership qualities to drive projects forward and manage tough conversations.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Your day to day will entail working closely with the Retail Marketing team, and driving clarity for your teams and partners to ensure timely delivery including:
1)Seasonal Lead: leading the integration of upstream seasonal priorities with Marketplace teams and shaping the brand impact of the retail presence that season.
2)Concept Development: Partnering with the Sr Director of Retail marketing, to set the strategy and direction of retail marketing and translating the business needs into retail strategy. As well as ensuring the integrity of the strategy when moving into creative development and bringing the strategy to life.
3)Process and Operations: Ensuring timelines and key milestones of campaign development and tracking of all projects, and navigating ambiguities by providing solutions and driving clarity.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Being an great communicator and experienced in stakeholder management, you will be familiar with working across matrix org structures, where there will be multiple stakeholders and functions you will working closely with, in and out of Marketing.
Your Core Partners will be the Retail Marketing Team.
Together with the Retail marketing team, you will navigate around many stakeholders by the likes of GMs, Marketplace teams and Retail Marketing creatives.

WHAT YOU BRING
On top of a love for detail and driving processes, you will also be expected to have:
- Over 7 years of retail strategy and marketing experience.
- Exposed to matrix communications with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of marketing processes from business strategy to creative development and execution.
- Proven track record of driving processes with rigor.
