WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Sitting with the Retail Experiences team, this is a highly cross‑functional role. You will be working with multiple stakeholders to ensure that Nike is best positioned to win. Your energy and expertise will drive the evolution and effectiveness of our partner strategy, build an aligned roadmap on services and experiences pilots and proof of concept, sharpen commercial focus to achieve maximum ROI on Nike investments, and foster efficient cross‑functional collaboration with key partners internally and externally.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Sitting within the Nike Integrated Retail Marketing organisation, the Retail Experience team is a centre of excellence to obsess the seasonless expression of Nike’s product and stories at retail. We work across the sales marketplace to drive initiatives, pilots and scale best practice in consumer experience. We’re looking for a Partner Experience Lead. You will lead the development of elevation plans in addition to service and environment workstreams. You’ll be responsible for sharing best practice across EMEA and applying advanced retail business understanding and problem‑solving skills to scale success and create a positive impact on the business – driving both commercial impact and deeper consumer engagement.
You’ll bring:
With a background in account‑facing or marketing roles, you will have a demonstrable track record of experience and achievement in:
- Project Management: Experience leading or co‑leading multiple projects with collaborators and partners, supporting large teams or mid‑size/major projects or programs.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to work independently with non‑routine information, develop recommendations, and gain approval for solutions or services.
- Problem Solving: Skilled at navigating ambiguity to clarity, leaning into different topics and embracing continuous learning.
- Advanced communication skills to build relationships and instill trust.
- Advanced knowledge of the European retail marketplace, athletic industry, and consumer trends.
- Technical proficiency with Airtable, Excel, and a high standard of visual presentation skills in PowerPoint and Keynote.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping Nike’s partner experience strategy across EMEA. You will translate global priorities into locally relevant initiatives, ensuring that every project delivers both commercial impact and elevated consumer engagement.
- Accelerate plans with wholesale partners to land distinct and sport‑led concepts across EMEA.
- Build capabilities for consumer‑centric journeys in multi‑brand environments that drive elevated experiences in must‑win locations.
- Drive global excellence in the setup, execution, and impact of projects for Partner and sub‑banners, ensuring they are on strategy, on time, and within budget.
- Co‑manage a portfolio of projects using project management tools such as Airtable, ensuring clear communication throughout.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders cross‑functionally to enable collaboration and alignment at every stage.
