You'll be responsible for collaborating with Design, Tech Development, Merchandising and Brand teammates to create footwear models that create impact and an emotional connection to the Energy consumer, with compelling & impactful stories.

With the focus of this role on fashion collaborations, this person will need to have a great understanding of footwear, trends in color, graphics and material and be the pulse for style and what our *athletes are looking for. This person will also need to understand and utilize market trends, consumer behaviors & analytics to build insights to bring new products to our consumer.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, fashion, arts or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Lead Product Line Manager within Energy RNWY, you will be responsible for quick to market, energy injection product, on priority footwear models, driven through strong story telling coupled with new seasonal color, graphics and materials. These will be offered at premium retail destinations and drive distinction in the marketplace to provide the RNWY consumer exclusivity.
You will also work with external partners to bring their vision to life on priority models, in both the seed and ignite phase of the models’ journey, as well as creating moments of energy deeper into in the model journeys, with the goal of maintaining momentum, keeping Nike in the conversation and extending the product lifecycle in new and unimagined ways.
This role is responsible for supporting the vision of the Energy RNWY consumer, the “Visionary Curator”, and so requires someone who can put themselves in the mind space of the most influential and decerning consumer to understand how to serve and inspire them, apply insights from them and empower the business for relevancy and growth.
- You will work with a broader TRIAD team from across Design, Development and Engineering and closely partner with the Expert and additional lead PLM on the team.
- This role will lead by example in every aspect of the job and work with category team members to achieve results related to increased brand relevance, awareness and consumer engagement as well as seeding and igniting the franchises of the future, that in time drive the revenue growth, profitability and productivity for the brand.
- You will monitor progress against objectives and adjust plans as needed, including hitting cost/margin on your projects and all aspects of product management to successfully deliver collaborations and a broader portfolio of inspiring RNWY products to market.
- You will be accountable for financial results in the product line and demonstrate astute financial judgment in making key decisions. You'll ensure the accuracy of information in NIKE internal product management systems. You'll also be responsible for creating and delivering impactful presentations at internal and external meetings on a regular cadence.
- You will foster strong relationships with your peers across the entire Energy team and partner closely with Merchandising and Brand to ensure integration and alignment on key initiatives, innovations, and product journeys. As a key member of the Energy RNWY Product Management team, you will serve as a proactive partner during critical checkpoints & planning moments. You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating the line or specific products to internal and external audiences.
