WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Brand Marketing at Nike leads the charge in driving the Running offense across the Pacific territory. This role partners closely with Marketing teams (Retail, Digital, Media, Communications, Brand Creative) and cross-functional groups locally, regionally, and globally to deliver bold, disruptive campaigns that elevate the brand.

Nike Pacific seeks a visionary brand marketer with a deep passion for running and a proven ability to turn insights into impactful storytelling. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and knows how to connect global strategy to local culture. They bring creativity, precision, and enterprise thinking to every project, inspiring teams and consumers alike.

Specific requirements include:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in brand marketing, with a strong focus on cross- functional marketing in a creative, brand or commercial environment.
  • Track record of development and timely execution of marketing brand plans. Proven ability to lead, influence, execute and hindsight marketing plans.
  • Love For the Sport: Strong understanding of and passion for Running & its wider culture in Australia.
  • Consumer Journeys: A deep understanding of our key youth consumer in Australia and the ability to turn insights into action to build cohesive plans across Nike’s full marketing channel mix.
  • Core Marketing Skills: Ability to independently utilize knowledge, skills, and abilities to drive projects, resolve complex problems & navigate cross functional teamwork.
  • Enterprise thinking: Ability to foster effective teamwork, promote team spirit and experience in leading others. Experience with internal matrix and stakeholder management.
  • Relationship management:  Proven experience identifying, owning and managing external relationships with individuals and organisations, aligned to Nike’s strategic objectives.
  • Growth mindset: flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead Nike Running’s brand impact across the Pacific territory, connecting global strategy to local audiences with authenticity and innovation. From seasonal campaigns to product launches, you’ll ensure every execution reflects the voice of the running community and Nike’s bold vision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive planning and execution of seasonal brand campaigns from concept to activation

  • Collaborate with Retail, Digital, Media, Communications, and Brand Creative teams to deliver integrated marketing plans

  • Manage cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement across local, regional, and global teams

  • Build and maintain strategic external partnerships aligned with Nike’s objectives

  • Lead storytelling initiatives that resonate with youth consumers and elevate Nike Running’s cultural relevance

  • Oversee campaign performance, insights, and post-activation reviews to inform future strategies
