WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Lead Sales Business Integration to support our ENERGY team for the marketplace. The purpose of this role is to drive and enable an inclusive and collaborative working culture, driving cross functional excellence in ENERGY. This role and will have a broad scope of responsibilities to deliver world class operations and processes that will drive our business forward.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
On this team, building trust with our teammates and business partners is critical, so we must possess a strong team focused approach to the work. You will report to the Sales Business Integration Senior Manager and work closely with Global Energy as well as North America Energy Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales. In addition to working with Sports and Energy teams as your primary business customer, you will also need to collaborate and interact with additional business groups in the end-to-end process including senior leaders across global and geos.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
A Sales Business Integration Lead candidate can:

- Be a resourceful self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- At least 5 years of retail experience in project/systems management or Sales operations
- Experience preferably with operations, marketplace, and launch
- Experience in SAP S4, MS Excel, and Smartsheet a must
- Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Pre-emptive problem solver, with an ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at various levels with different and converging timelines
- Have strong knowledge of cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of Nike Sales and Order Management processes
