We are looking for a Lead Partner Representative to join the EMEA Football Specialty Team, partnering with 11TS (Eleven Teamsports), one of EMEA’s leading Football partners. The ideal candidate brings a commercial and results‑driven mindset, strong partner‑management experience, and the ability to position 11TS strategically within our vision for the Football marketplace. This individual demonstrates excellence in cross‑functional collaboration, data‑driven decision‑making, and building strong external partnerships. Knowledge of the Football industry is preferred. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will operate in a fast‑paced environment where your core focus is driving long‑term, sustainable growth. You will:
- Manage marketplace execution: Ensure stories and products are presented consistently and powerfully across digital and physical environments, aligned with the Football Marketplace strategy.
- Grow net revenue and contribution by actively managing the full business cycle (in‑season and pre‑season).
- Represent the partner internally across EMEA and AGS through CODE processes, product engagement sessions, and additional cross‑functional forums.
- Build seasonal plans grounded in marketplace and partner insights, including: bottum - up buy plans informed by retail KPIs and seasonal priorities and internal and external alignment on product needs and partner marketing initiatives.
- Lead sell‑ins by delivering a premium, insight‑driven seasonal experience that unlocks growth opportunities.
- Navigate complexities in partnership management with proactive problem‑solving and clear focus on long‑term strategic priorities.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The role reports to the Senior Manager, Football Specialty Sales (EHQ). It is based in the AGS office in Mainhausen, Germany, and plays a key role in driving cross‑functional alignment across both territory and EHQ teams.
You will collaborate closely with functions including Merchandising, Marketing, Marketplace Supply Chain, Planning, and other supporting teams. You will also maintain strong, ongoing commercial partnership with 11TS (based in Germany).

- Retail Metrics Expertise - proficiency in analyzing retail performance across brick‑and‑mortar and digital channels.
- Football Industry Knowledge - strong understanding of Football products and marketplace trends preferred.
- Presentation Skills - ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations to large audiences.
- Travel - ability to travel up to 20–25% of the time.
