WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our team is looking for Los Angeles based Sales Reps to own and lead key account relationships for TWO iconic brands:
- one (1) for Nike
- one (1) for Jordan
In this role, you will drive business performance against strategically aligned consumer, business and financial plans with set KPIs in collaboration with cross-functional partners on a seasonal basis. This role blends commercial excellence with authentic community-led consumer connection.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As part of this team, you will lead & implement the seasonal sell in process across key West City Specialty partners. You will build partner specific assortments that are in service of the consumer-led sport offense and collaborate with Planning to forecast and execute seasonal targets, ensuring successful delivery of seasonal objectives. You will work closely with Marketing to bring assortments to life in-store, lead storytelling around key product initiatives, and drive energy around the Brand to fuel retail excitement, consumer connectivity, and marketplace impact.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will report into the City Specialty West Sales Director. You will work cross functionally with Sales counterparts, Marketing, Planning, and Merchandising leads.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training.
- Experience in Buying, Retail Planning, Merchandising or Sales in athletic apparel and footwear or a related industry.
- Ability to embrace change, act with courage, instill trust, think strategically, communicate vision and purpose, and foster effective teamwork.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience reading and analyzing retail metrics to optimize sales and inventory.
- Strong executive presence and exceptional networking, relationship building and partner management skills.
- Any country-specific items required by local laws (check with your local legal partners).
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
