WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Partner Go-to Consumer Excellence (PGTCE) Team obsesses the best expression of Nike at multi-brand through elevated seasonal sales tools, accelerated modern retail fundamentals, differentiated consumer experiences and expert service. As the Sales Sample Lead on the PGTCE Operations Team, you will manage the go-to market physical and digital sample process that supports the seasonal tool production and Global and Geo led NMP Partner go-to market and engagement moments.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic individual to help streamline the sample ordering, management, and operations process in service of our Global and Geo sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, inventory management, and strategic planning and communication.
Proven ability to drive results in dynamic environments through cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning and management, and proactive problem-solving.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in meeting facilitation, presentations, and managing multiple priorities.
Skilled in inventory tracking technologies, data analysis, and data management systems.
Experience in digital and 3D content production, content management systems, and partner engagement experiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
The Sales Samples Lead is responsible for managing sample availability, operations, and inventory management to ensure alignment with concept and product priorities, seasonal tool production, and Global and Geo go-to market strategies. You will help define and provide feedback on sales sample strategies, manage ordering and distribution processes, develop system to track sample statuses, and implement a retention and disposal strategy to effectively support Global and Geo sales teams.
Manage and ensure sample availability for Seasonal Readiness and sales tool production.
Shape and align sample strategy with content creation, Partner go-to market and engagement moments, and future planning.
Manage GGP and SPA sample processes—ordering, distribution, and operations.
Collaborate with Consumer Creation teams to define ordering criteria and reduce over-sampling.
Oversee inventory and storage, including tracking tools and the creation of a global Samples Library.
Validate sample sets, track changes, provide ongoing feedback and partner insights, and implement confidential and carryover strategies.
Coordinate 3D asset creation with internal teams and drive the optimal blend of digital and physical assets to bring concepts and products to life.
