Lead, Sport Business Integration – Jordan NA
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to the Sr. Manager, Sport Business Integration within Jordan NA, and partner closely with the Jordan NA BI LT, Sport GMs, and X-Functional LTs across Merchandising, Marketing, Marketplace, Planning, Code and Insights at both the Global and Geo levels. This is an individual contributor role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop processes, forums, tools and consistent practices, in partnership with Sr. Manager
- Strategic and operational seasonal execution
- Support Sr. Manager, Sport Business Integration, Sport and Kids & Core GMs, and their X-Functional teams on seasonal planning & execution across multi-season basis
- Meeting leadership and management in preparation for key Code and Corporate gates, supporting Sr. Manager and X-Sport LT.
- Coordination with Global Jordan X-Sport Business Integration team on seasonal execution across Nike and Jordan Brand.
- Maintain seasonal Jordan NA Business Integration calendars, tools, and process documentation
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for our next All-Star MVP to level up the game in Jordan NA X-Sport Business Integration (BI) and help deliver “Greatness” through X-Sport planning and execution.
The role of the Lead, Sport Business Integration, is to drive a new level of strategic execution and X-functional leadership to serve consumers. You will partner with the Jordan North America Sport and Kids & Core GMs, X-functional LT, Global BI LT, and Jordan NA BI LT and Nike counterparts to drive X-Sport strategy to measured reality. Supporting and enabling the Jordan NA Sport and Kids & Core team to deliver flawless seasonal execution for Jordan Brand across the Jordan NA Sport and Kids & Core business. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, Operations & Marketing teams
This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Sport Business Integration within Jordan NA, and work closely with the Sport and Kids & Core leadership in support of key Code and seasonal moments.
The ideal candidate will thrive on driving clarity, simplicity, consistency and precision at the heart of our organizational matrix. Strong communication skills, project or program management skills, and effective collaboration are must-have skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation, with continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels on decisions and actions that drive excellence
- Project and/or portfolio management skills
- Fosters effective teamwork, ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder sets
- Ability to navigate tools (ie. Smartsheet, AirTable, Excel, Miro) and develop templates & tools in support of X-functional operational excellence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence across and up
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will work with Jordan Sport and Kids & Core team, and other X-functional stakeholders to organize, prepare for, and deliver priority X-Sport seasonal moments as part of the Consumer Code process and corporate gates. You will be operating and defining best practices and identifying and actioning continuous process improvement opportunities to drive next level seasonal and corporate execution for Jordan North America.
