The Global Jordan Brand Creative Design team is inspired by the Greatest of All Time and is focused on continuing to deliver evolution and inspiration globally that is made and engineered thoughtfully and intentionally.

We are looking for someone to lead the day-to-day operations of the Brand Experience, Seasonal and Store Design creative studio, ensuring strategic alignment, resource optimization, and delivery excellence across a multiple project work streams at once. Act as a bridge between creative leadership and production teams to enable impactful storytelling.

In this role you’ll work closely with the Retail Brand team, Marketplace and Brand Marketing. You’ll also work with your peers to deliver operational excellence and collaborate across the board to improve and detail accountabilities and responsibilities in our cross-functional operating model.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a highly creative problem solver, has program management experience, drives the creative process, builds workback schedules, and manages budgets. Looking for a Creative Operations Lead who is process oriented and doesn’t settle for anything less than the best solutions, and business defining Operational Excellence. Showing up ready to prioritize and carry responsibilities independently in an ever-changing environment. This role requires a forward thinker, who is also a strong team player with a commitment to collaboration. 

You will be a key driver of the creative workflows, ensuring seamless delivery of creative outputs to Geo partners.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Enable the creative team to deliver against strategic goals and targets by driving timelines, managing budgets and cross functional interdependencies, and create efficiencies while remaining flexible and focused on delivering the best creative solutions
  • Build best practices in an evolving team structure by fostering an environment of team collaboration
  • Establish relationships with cross-functional partners, Geos, external vendors and consultants communicating and delivering Global tools and creative direction
  • Project work could include 2D and 3D retail elements for store and brand event environments and programs that reflect design ethos and enhance the consumer retail experiences; communicate risks opportunities and solutions to partners and stakeholders
  • Foster positive ways of working and implements strategic solutions to keep the workstreams on track
  • Forecast creative resourcing needs based on incoming requests and stay close to team bandwidth  

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role does not have direct reports and reports directly to the Director of Global Jordan Brand Creative Operations, while working closely with the Director of Retail Store Design, and the Director of Brand Experience Design with regular partnership with Brand Creative, Marketplace, Retail Marketing, Art Direction, Brand Marketing Operations, Brand Creative Operations as well as Geo teams across the globe.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Architecture, Marketing, Design, Program Management or related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • At least 5 years’ experience in brand or retail design operations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage and track multiple quick turn projects simultaneously
  • An understanding of project management, process management tools such as Airtable, Smartsheets
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business
  • Understanding of the retail marketplace, store construction & store development
  • Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business
  • Proven track record of managing complicated creative workstreams and delivering on time & within budget
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
