WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will serve as a senior process and analytics leader within the global Stores IQ capability, partnering closely with Stores Flow, Technology, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders across all geographies to define, improve, and scale solution processes that enable store and flow performance. Your focus will include aligning global process standards, translating business needs into actionable process and data solutions, and driving adoption of consistent ways of working across the Stores IQ ecosystem worldwide.

As a key member of the Stores IQ team, you will lead end-to-end process work for Stores Flow solution delivery—from discovery and design through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement—while leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact. You will collaborate with business analysts, product owners, operations leaders, and regional partners across all geographies to ensure process solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to business priorities. You will report to the Global Capabilities organization and play a critical role in shaping how Stores IQ delivers insights, capabilities, and operational excellence for store and flow performance globally.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a motivated, self-directed leader with a proven ability to balance process and operations expertise with analytics and data-driven problem solving. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is comfortable leading across matrixed global teams, and can seamlessly transition between strategic process design, hands-on operational execution, and analytical deep dives.

This person is energized by taking loosely defined problems, establishing structure, and using data to validate, refine, and scale process solutions. Success in this role requires strong foundations in both process management and analytics, the ability to connect process design to measurable business impact, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence effectively across global stakeholders.

Critical Experience Requirements:

  • Strong process design, operations, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills to translate business challenges into actionable process and analytical solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, solution design, or operating model work in retail, supply chain, or operations environments, with equal strength in analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Expertise with analytical and data platforms is required, including Databricks and Tableau. Experience with Agentic AI or applied AI solutions to support process and analytics workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with complementary tools such as SQL, Excel, Alteryx, and process mapping platforms. Python/R is a plus.
  • Analytical methods knowledge is required to include process measurement, root cause analysis, trade-off evaluation, performance metric development, and data exploration to inform process recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead across global teams and stakeholders to drive impactful, sustainable process and analytics outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently solve ambiguous problems and communicate recommendations to senior leaders using both operational context and data-backed insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, supply chain, computer science, or related fields. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Minimum of 6 years of directly relevant work experience in process management, business analysis, supply chain, retail operations, data analysis, or related fields. Applicable additional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree may be acceptable.
  • Ability to develop and clearly communicate strategic vision and purpose to internal and external partners across geographies, utilizing multiple platforms to drive clarity.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you will lead global process work for the Stores IQ capability, balancing operational process leadership with analytics and data expertise to design, implement, and scale Stores Flow solution processes across all geographies. You will partner cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, and regional teams to deliver measurable business impact, with visibility and partnership across the Global Capabilities organization:

  • Lead end-to-end global process work for Stores IQ, including discovery, design, documentation, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across the Stores Flow solution lifecycle
  • Define and maintain global process standards, playbooks, and decision frameworks that enable consistent ways of working across regions
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, business analysts, product owners, and regional leaders to translate business needs into practical process and data solutions
  • Leverage Databricks, Tableau, and Agentic AI to analyze performance, automate insights, build analytical models, and support trade-off decision-making
  • Develop and deploy process and business performance metrics, dashboards, and success measures to monitor health, adoption, and impact globally
  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-geography alignment on process priorities, trade-offs, and implementation decisions
  • Analyze operational and performance data to inform root cause investigations, process recommendations, and improvement actions
  • Represent Stores IQ process work with senior leadership across the Global Capabilities organization and broader cross-functional partners
