WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Lead, Strategy Manager, in our Enterprise Strategy Team, you will be a core member of the EMEA Strategy team, playing a pivotal role in shaping Nike’s mid and long-term growth agenda for the GEO. You will work at the intersection of strategy, finance, brand, sport, and marketplace, translating enterprise priorities into clear strategic choices and actions
You will report to the Director of Enterprise Strategy, EMEA, and partner closely with the EMEA Leadership Team, Global Strategy, and cross functional senior leaders. This role sits at the center of EMEA decision-making, influencing planning cycles and strategic narratives for both GEO and global stakeholders.

- Comfortable operating in a matrix, fast-paced environment driving process through tight deadlines
- Proven track record of delivering strategic projects end to end with and influencing Sr. Leaders
- Strong in strategic thinking, research, analytics and storytelling
- Minimum Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking or relevant roles within consumer goods, sports or retail
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the org.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As Lead Strategy Manager in EMEA you will help run Planning Cyle for EMEA and support Finance, Sports Marketing and Brand Marketing Functions
- Lead and orchestrate EMEA's core planning cycles, including 3 Year Strategic Plan (CSR), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Shape the narrative and storytelling for EMEA to Global Stakeholders and External investors
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Finance, Sports Marketing, Brand Marketing, and other critical functions
- Drive impactful strategic projects to drive sustainable growth, margin expansion and market share gains across the GEO
- Identify, quantify, and prioritize long term value creation opportunities across Sports, Marketplace, Countries, and Consumer segments
