WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a dynamic, action-oriented digital marketer who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to build and scale strategies that expand Jordan Brand’s influence within youth culture. You have a sharp instinct for cutting through the noise—leveraging innovative ideas and athlete* voices to deliver narratives that move culture. You collaborate seamlessly across functions and lead with a mindset rooted in respect, clarity, and inclusivity.
You bring a strong command of digital, social, and creator marketing, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable plans. You are a strategic problem solver who can simplify complexity, align stakeholders, and move fluidly between strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
You have a deep passion for Jordan Brand, sneaker culture, and streetwear, paired with a clear point of view on how discovery happens today. You lead with big ideas and execute them end-to-end - spanning content, production, and programming - grounded in data and performance.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Define and lead seasonal digital marketing strategies for Jordan Streetwear, from brief through execution
- Set digital priorities and guardrails across the ecosystem (ie Paid, Owned, Earned, Social, SNKRS, Energy) to drive consistent, high-impact storytelling
- Translate consumer insights into clear creative briefs that unlock innovative, culturally relevant work
- Drive end-to-end digital journeys, including channel orchestration, run of shows, and performance optimization
- Lead social and creator strategies, ensuring authentic storytelling that moves at the pace of culture
- Partner closely with Brand, Business, and Marketplace teams to align against consumer, product, and commercial priorities
- Independently manage timelines, deliverables, and execution with rigor across multiple workstreams, with continued optimization
- Champion measurement—leveraging data, testing, and learnings to continuously improve outcomes
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be part of the larger North America Marketing team at Jordan and reporting into the Director, North America Jordan Brand, Digital Marketing. You will partner with:
- Global, GEO & City Marketing Teams
- Communications Teams
- Brand Creative Studios
- Marketplace Partner Teams
- SNKRS and Digital Product/Content Teams
- Integrated Media
- Streetwear Business Leadership
- External Partners (Creators, Agencies, Platforms)
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years of experience in digital, social, or product marketing, spanning strategy through execution. A background in mobile apps and/or e-commerce highly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional campaigns and programs; ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives; switching from strategic thinking to hands-on approach depending on business needs.
- Deep understanding of sneaker culture, streetwear, and youth culture dynamics
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in performance metrics, A/B testing, and optimization
- Ability to synthesize complexity into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High proficiency in building presentations (eg Keynote, FIGMA), storytelling (brand recaps) and copywriting
- Experience with on-the-ground activations
- Willingness to travel (~20%)
