WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be the point person for Nike EMEA Supply Chain and report to the Director of Supply Chain Security – EMEA (based in ELC Belgium). Daily, you will be supporting the global and geo Logistics and SCM leadership teams. You will also partner with the security leadership teams at 3PL locations. Internally, you will partner with Global Investigations, Marketplace Investigations, Nike Intelligence Center (NIC), Workplace Security, Retail Loss Prevention, Legal, Grey Market and Brand Protection teams.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a supply chain security professional to join our office at Nike’s European Logistics Campus (ELC Belgium). The Supply Chain Security Lead of EMEA will lead and influence Nike’s strategic efforts to enhance and improve protection of products throughout Nike’s EMEA supply chain. Supply Chain Security is dedicated to developing sustainable capabilities to protect Nike’s top line and safeguarding the consumer experience. This position will act as a primary liaison between Supply Chain Security and key Nike Supply Chain functions to include Transportation, Nike DC Operations, 3PL, Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) and Manufacturing.
- Experience working with third-party partners, preferably Supply Chain and/or logistics providers.
- Advanced knowledge of developing and driving loss/theft detection, reporting, follow-up and trend analysis throughout global supply chains.
- Advance knowledge and capability of developing prototype security measures throughout a global supply chain.
- Extensive and proven experience in Supply Chain Security, Product Security and/or relevant Security Management.
- Advanced operating knowledge of government compliance programs, such as C-TPAT, AEO as well as industry programs, such as TAPA.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive teams in transportation and facilities.
- Previous experience in supply chain security, asset protection, loss prevention or related field operating in a distribution center environment is a plus
- Knowledge of developing and driving loss/theft detection, reporting, follow-up and trend analysis throughout distribution center networks is a plus
- Knowledge of DC and warehouse operations, systems, and loss control throughout the receiving, sorting, storage, pick and pack, and shipping phases is a plus

- Passion for the Nike brand and knowledge of sports culture, footwear, or apparel industry is a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
The core functions of responsibility include, but are not limited to, managing, and creating a inventory loss program, leading a proactive 3PL/Factory engagement strategy, management of the evaluation and improvement of key 3PL/Factory partners, developing immediate incident response protocols, establishing inline retail product strategy, driving the asset protection strategy for Nike owned DCs, and supporting strategic projects led by Nike’s EMEA Supply Chain functions.
In this position you will lead, coordinate, and help grow Nike Supply Chain and partners’ security capabilities to protect all product, intellectual property, machinery, and materials from theft, loss, or leak. Additionally, you will lead research and recommendations on new technologies or methods that prevent theft, loss or leaks of NIKE, Inc. products.
