WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of Nike’s Sourcing, Supply & Manufacturing technology Team, building capabilities that enable supply planning, sourcing, manufacturing, data platforms, costing, and factory execution. You will partner with engineering, data, and business teams across global supply chain domains, working closely with factory systems, sourcing operations, advanced analytics teams and planning teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager with strong product leadership and technical depth combined with strong domain knowledge in optimizing how we plan the inventory and buy finished goods with our factory partners considering demand prioritization, capacity constraints, and materials availability for our Demand & Supply Management teams and transforming how we serve Nike’s consumers .This individual operates at the intersection of business, technology, and operations—leading product strategy, roadmap, execution across global teams and cross-functional alignment.
The ideal candidate brings strong ownership, systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and the ability to independently lead product lifecycle execution from discovery through delivery. They are comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value aligned to cost optimisation, supply reliability, and operational efficiency and scale.
10+ years of experience delivering medium to large-scale products in cross-functional environments
Proven experience leading product lifecycle (discovery to delivery) with minimal oversight
Product champion with strong interpersonal & influencing skills to engage with business stakeholders across various Geographies to shape the roadmap to influence & or improve operational outcomes.
7+ years of experience working with SAP APO, o9 or equivalent Planning systems, Databricks & Tableau experience preferred
Strong technical fluency - APIs, data models, distributed systems, system design and platform architecture.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across geographies and aligning cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Engineering/Technology preferred)
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will define and lead product strategy and execution for supply chain data and platforms capabilities, enabling scalable, reliable, and cost-optimized operations across Nike’s sourcing and manufacturing ecosystem.
Define, own and execute product vision, roadmap and strategies aligned to business goals and supply chain data platform priorities (cost, reliability, scale)
Lead cross-functional squads through full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
Translate business needs into prioritised roadmaps and value-driven outcomes
Partner with engineering on technical decisions, architecture, and dependency management
Drive stakeholder alignment across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and platform teams
Support integration of systems across planning, sourcing, and manufacturing domains
Monitor product performance, define metrics, adoption tracking and drive continuous improvement using data
Elevate product management maturity through best practices, frameworks, and team mentorship
AI practice leadership: Model effective AI use for backlog shaping, BRDs, and discovery artifacts; share prompts, checklists, and review norms that help squads move faster without sacrificing quality.
