As the Trade Management Lead, you will play a key role in elevating Nike Stores’ retail capabilities, enhancing our processes to better serve consumers.
You will play a critical role in shaping Nike's “seasonal readiness” in stores by working within our product planning process. This includes:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global assortment direction, driving adoption within Geos and measuring its impact.
- Informing and supporting efforts to drive on-time delivery of seasonal products with a focus on measurement to drive continuous improvement.
- Influencing the development and adoption of tools that enable effective assortment planning, timely product delivery, and seamless seasonal execution.
- Providing actionable insights with the Trade Excellence team to share back with relevant global and geography teams to inform future product assortment and drive adoption.
To be successful you will build relationships and align across functions and geographies. You also need to be organized and methodical - equal parts problem solver, communicator and doer. You will set time-based goals and measure results. Your success in this role will be measured on the ability to ensure we are improving our seasonal readiness while seeking help to remove roadblocks.

As a Trade Management lead, you'll collaborate with global and geography teams including Business Planning, Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Supply Management, Technology and Insights, Reporting and Analytics teams.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
The Trade Management Lead partners with Global and Geography teams to ultimately drive improvement to Seasonal Readiness across three areas:
- Assortment Adoption and Planning: Collaborate with global and geography Merchandising, Demand & Supply Management and Product Planning to analyze, measure, and optimize the adoption of Nike's Global Assortment.
- On-Time Delivery: Work with global and geography Demand & Supply Management, Supply Chain, and Operations to identify and drive tool enhancements and integrations that ensure on-time delivery of Seasonal products. Develop and track key success metrics to measure progress.
- Sales Performance: Partner with global and geography Trade Excellence, Business Planning, Insights, and Store Analytics and Reporting to analyze retail sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Apply learnings to inform future assortment direction and drive business outcomes.
