WHAT YOU BRING:
Proven experience in merchandise financial planning, assortment planning, or business planning, ideally within a wholesale or retail environment – this is inclusive of experience working with stock and sales plans and experience with Retail KPIs.
You are able to collaborate effectively with up- & downstream functions and are aware of emerging trends in planning
Strong analytical and scenario planning skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives.
Comfort navigating multiple projects and priorities, with a bias for action and results.
A collaborative spirit and a passion for consumer-focused planning.
A background in the fashion industry (retail or wholesale) is considered a strong plus for the role.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working across the Western Europe geography to elevate the forecasting process and lead the daily business management to increase profitability within the financial & inventory targets.
You will embed retail sales & inventory management principles across our key commercial moments (e.g. financial planning, seasonal product sell in, in season business / consumer information analysis and product distribution) while recommending action-orientation solutions and influencing key processes in each phase.
Own the seasonal and in-season planning process for a portfolio of strategic wholesale accounts across Western Europe.
Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and inventory strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
Partner with Sales and Merchandising to align on product assortments, distribution strategies, and account targets.
Analyze consumer and account performance to inform go-forward strategies and tactical adjustments.
Drive cross-functional alignment and influence decision-making through clear storytelling and data-driven insights.
Lead, prepare & present weekly, monthly & quarterly business reviews, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions to maximize results.
Actively engage with team members to identify opportunities and efficiencies within our business processes
Drive cross-channel collaboration within the integrated marketplace to enhance profitability through shared inventory strategies
