WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Central and South America Operations is looking for outstanding teammates to join us! Logistics Analyst II strives for customer and consumer satisfaction with KPI’s around capacity, cost, and sustainability via leveraging the Nike supply chain network to ensure on-time delivery of innovative products to our marketplace. You will act as the voice of your function in x-functional meetings, interact with different team members and leverage tools, reports, and systems to facilitate movement of goods.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you'll get the opportunity to support end-to-end movement of product from origin to destination, partnering with many internal and external stakeholders throughout the process. We support a highly complex business model, so there are always opportunities to grow and develop while making contributions to a winning team!
Here are some additional responsibilities of this position:
- Track orders, shipments and managing data in SAP, Tableau, and other reporting solutions.
- Maintain billing document and import documentation to external customers. Collaborate cross functionally to handle exceptions.
- Facilitate international trade by ensuring that goods comply with customs regulations and requirements. Maintain product attributes entry in the system. Understand material composition and attributes needed for specific materials.
- Use data analysis in support to process improvement to provide guidance to the business and leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-function partners to facilitate continuous end to end business process improvement, align new businesses requirements, create/revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes, and implement new operations’ processes and activities.
- Communicate, collaborate and measure performance with service providers such as ocean carriers, air freight forwarders, and global consolidators.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, will accept any suitable combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- 2+ years of progressive analytics experience in the field of operations and logistics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an interest in data-focused storytelling
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis to pinpoint variances, and recommend solutions to avoid variances in the future
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
- Ability to work autonomously. Attention to details. Ability to problem solve and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP’s
Bonus Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Supply Chain analytics experiences
- Experience with common coding languages and ETL applications (i.e. SQL, Python, R, Alteryx)
- Experience building visualization in Tableau or PowerBI
- Consulting or Finance experience
- Customs and trade experience
