WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Seasonal Retail Storytelling team within Nike Brand Creative leads the design and delivery of immersive, campaign‑driven retail experiences across EMEA. They collaborate closely with Brand Creative leadership, Retail Marketing, Partner Account teams, external creative agencies, and manage a team of designers to elevate Nike’s presence across the EMEA marketplace whilst fostering a culture of professional growth.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a senior creative designer who leads with vision, craft, and collaboration. This person brings deep expertise in experiential and retail design and knows how to translate Nike’s iconic seasonal campaigns and sport moments into world-class, emotive retail environments and experiences. They thrive in creative complexity, inspire teams through ambiguity, and elevate storytelling with craft, clarity and purpose. They communicate with confidence, build strong relationships across functions, and bring a discerning eye for detail. With a passion for culture, sport, and the athlete*, they drive the work forward with creativity, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence.
You’ll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a brand or agency creative studio.
- Ability to lead creative teammates through complexity with confidence and clarity.
- Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring designers (or a strong desire to develop in this area).
- Mastery of experiential and retail design, grounded in consumer and marketplace insight.
- An entrepreneurial mindset to proactively identify opportunities and drive innovation at retail.
- Obsession for craft with the ability to visualize creative ideas with critical attention to detail, delivering flawless execution.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead and deliver consistently impactful seasonal retail storytelling across Nike stores and partner doors in EMEA - raising the bar for creative excellence and execution. Through design-led storytelling, elevated craft and an innovative mindset, you will create retail experiences that connect deeply with athletes* and drive engagement across Nike stores and partner accounts.
In this role, you will:
- Lead seasonal retail projects end‑to‑end, collaborating across functions and guiding project squads through execution across Nike and partner doors.
- Translate brand campaigns and sport moments into physical, digital, and hybrid consumer journeys at retail.
- Present work in creative reviews and foster a strong, constructive feedback culture.
- Drive creative direction and execution across seasonal retail, in‑store events, and digital/hybrid storytelling moments.
- Prototype, test, and evolve new approaches to retail storytelling while upholding excellence in craft and detail.
- Bring cultural, creative, and innovation insights into the work—connecting Nike with new talent, inspiration, and external partners.
- Manage, coach and mentor a team of designers by fostering opportunities for development, recognition, and individual professional growth.
