WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone to push the Mexico SNKRS business strategy forward while driving healthy growth in the member base, platform, and financial targets. The right candidate will have a combination of demonstrated soft and hard skills to lead and collaborate with the broad cross-functional team that delivers the SNKRS experience to members across our core pillars of commerce, content, and community. They will also be able to balance multiple workstreams and define a path forward to deliver value to every SNKRS member.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be responsible for driving the SNKRS growth vision while also achieving monthly, seasonal, and yearly goals related to the business, platform, and consumer.
- Obsess the consumer journeys and digital product evolution across our entire go-to-market process, reading and reacting to market opportunities, and elevating the voice of the consumer in our decision-making process.
- Partners with Neighborhood Accounts Team to co-develop plans to energize the SNKRS offense via marketing plans and activations
- Lead and execute the joint operation of each high heat product launch in close partnership with the NDDC Operations team.
- Partners with Marketing and Site Merchandizing to plan and create the run of show for SNKRS digital content creation related to our key launches and moments.
- Work with Operations and Technology to with a focus on ensuring fairness across the SNKRS platform.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and seasonal business reporting; what worked, didn't work and next steps as part of a regular hindsighting process.
- Execute season and weekly launch plans in partnership with Business, Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, Marketing, Operations, and Sales functions at the Territory, Geo, and Global level.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The key to success will be partnering with a wide variety of functional teams, both in the Mexico territory and in the APLA Geo, to drive an aligned SNKRS strategy that is unique to Mexico, but interconnected with Nike’s global approach. You will work closely with the Merchandising, Planning, Operations, Technology, Marketing, NDDC, and NBHD teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training.
- 6 years or more of work experience in a digital or business-focused role, including working within a cross-functional team.
- Strong understanding of business metrics and growth modeling.
- Strong analytical skills and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions.
- Consistent track record of balancing multiple, competing priorities while also remaining detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations on complex business issues.
- An entrepreneurial & growth hacking mentality.
- A passion for Sneakers, Street Culture, and high-end fashion.
- People Management Experience.
