WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A strategic and consumer-focused merchandising leader who shapes marketplace strategy, assortment direction, and activation across key partners in London. This individual operates at the intersection of insights, product strategy, execution, and collaboration.
The ideal candidate brings deep merchandising expertise, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to influence across diverse stakeholders. They translate consumer, competitive, and retail insights into clear, actionable strategies and thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in merchandising, marketplace management, buying, or related commercial roles
- Strong merchandising acumen with an understanding of marketplace partner dynamics and differentiated consumer strategies
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing talent
- Ability to leverage data, insights, and consumer understanding to guide business decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and leadership presence

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As Manager, Marketplace Merchandising, London, you will lead the development and execution of seasonal marketplace strategies across key partners. You will ensure assortments and consumer journeys align with marketplace opportunities and brand priorities.
You will:
- Develop and execute seasonal marketplace merchandising strategies that drive consumer relevance, growth, and differentiation
- Build localized and key account assortments that balance productivity, consumer demand, growth opportunities, and partner needs
- Partner closely with Integrated Marketplace, Planning, and Marketing teams to align on business priorities, optimize assortments, and deliver cohesive storytelling
- Analyze marketplace performance, consumer trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and recommend actions
- Lead seasonal marketplace reviews, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain global alignment while capturing regional opportunities
- Champion a consumer-led, data-informed approach to decision-making across marketplace strategies
- Lead, coach, and develop a marketplace merchandising professional, supporting growth and capability development.
