WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Korea Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) Nike Direct team is part of Korea Operations & Logistics. This role reports to the Nike Direct MSC Director in Korea and partners closely with Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), Nike Direct Stores (NDS), Planning, Finance, Nike Technology, Logistics, Distribution Centers, and third-party platform partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a strategic, digitally fluent leader to drive growth across our digital commerce ecosystem in Korea. The MSC Nike Direct NDDC Manager brings a consumer-first mindset, connecting digital retail with supply chain excellence. This role demands a sharp operator who can translate insights into action, lead cross-functional teams, and elevate the consumer experience through seamless fulfillment and service. The ideal candidate thrives in complexity, navigates matrix environments with confidence, and brings a bias for data-driven decision-making.

  • Open to work in Seoul, Korea
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital and eCommerce fulfillment and/or distribution operations in FMCG or consumer industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Proven leadership experience managing at least 2 direct reports for more than 2 years
  • High fluency in English and Korean

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead the charge in building a robust, flexible, and profitable digital supply chain for Nike Korea. From strategy to execution, you’ll define success metrics, deploy new capabilities, and ensure readiness for key consumer moments. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver premium post-purchase experiences and drive operational excellence.

  • Lead supply chain readiness for NDDC key consumer moments
  • Manage the MSC Nike Direct, NDDC team as a people manager
  • Define and execute readiness plans for digital demand peaks with internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee daily digital fulfillment operations, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
  • Monitor business health through success metrics and analytics
  • Partner with NDDC Business & Customer Service to resolve claims and optimize post-purchase experiences
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless, premium service
