Analyze store business processes and identify opportunities for improvement that increase profitability or efficiency.
Proactively identify areas for ops improvement and drive immediately actions.
Enrich partnerships with key stakeholders to instill common goals into program development.

Support field leaders in ensuring resources are aligned for program execution.
Communicate goals for programs to support understanding and stickability.

Take lead of New Open Door BOH Space Ops Design for streamlining the New Doors Daily Ops Mgt.
Set up and refine the sustainable Ops mode with cost-saving mind-set.
Work to develop an understanding of business operating strategies for translation into business process success factors.
Bridge the Store and HQ with key value drops via the ops excellence communicating tools and platform in regular basis and drive the quick win after each time engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum of 5 years work experience in field team, currently play the role as RDD or above; at least 2 years' retail experience required , or at least 3 years' experience managing >2 direct reports
Experience influencing leadership to drive results
Strong Sense of data driven decision making.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentations.
Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives
Strong time management and organizational skills
Structured and strong logic way of thinking
Ability to lead initiatives
Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, is preferred
Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
